Movie Review: Tulsa

The new Christian movie Tulsa, now playing in Regal theaters, is about a precocious 9-year-old foster child named after that Oklahoma city. He mom’s died, but Tulsa’s got picture of guy she thinks is her father. Working with a foster care rep, they find him.
